1. Email us with your order number at talk@raindropclean.com
2. Empty and dry any used bottles, and place back in the original box and seal.
3. Mail them to our returns address (customers must pay for returns postage)
4. Once received we’ll process your full refund 

If you’d like to return your order because you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days from the time you receive your order to let us know by contacting us via talk@raindropclean.com.

If Raindrop Clean hear from you within this time frame you will be eligible for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us within 14 days. Any items must still be in the same condition in which they were received.
