1. Tear your sachet and pour the powder into a reusable bottle (500ml) and fill halfway with warm water.
2. Put the lid on and shake it up for 20 seconds, then top it up. Wait around 30 minutes for the powder to work its magic.
3. Turn the spray-nozzle end for a fine mist, or jet spray. Then start cleaning.
The cleaning sachets are the crucial piece in the plastic free cleaning puzzle!
1. Pop one plastic free soap into your dispenser and fill with 300ml of warm water.
2. Put the lid on the bottle and wait for 15-30 minutes.
3. Give the bottle a shake to check the soap drop has dissolved, then enjoy the foaming lather.
1. Fill your container with warm tap water then pop in one floor cleaner drop.
2. Attach the container to the mop.
3. This bit takes a wee while. You need to leave the drop for 20 minutes to dissolve.
Raindrop refills leave no microplastics or plastic pollution.
Raindrop will last just as long as your normal big brand cleaning and soap products. In fact maybe a bit longer, you can use our cleaner very sparingly.
Cleaning: You certainly can use your own bottles, however we can't guarantee they will work every time with your nozzle! This is a weirdly over complicated part of Raindrop. Our vented nozzles that come with our glass bottles are designed to filter and prevent any clogs in the nozzle head. Meaning it works every time.
Soap: Our refills will work in any foaming hand soap dispenser.
Bathroom cleaner is suitable on porcelain, stainless steel, ceramic, arcyclic, glass, uPVC.

Multi cleaner is suitable on all modern surfaces, wood, plastic etc.
Anti bac is suitable for porcelain, stainless steel, ceramic, arcyclic, glass, uPVC.
Glass and steel cleaner is suitable for glass, mirrors, perspex, uPVC, stainless steel, chrome, aluminium and plastic finishes.
If you're unsure we always recommend a little test in a discreet corner, spraying directly onto a cloth.
Our sachets and drops clean as well as the brand you're used to, or your money back.
Our lemon scented bathroom cleaner is tough on soap scum and powers through limescale. It smells super-zesty-lovely-fresh too.
Our kitchen cleaner is super tough on grease and grime and is made to tackle those tough annoying stains. Despite having a strong cleaning ability, it does not sit within the 'degreaser' category.
You certainly can, but be sure to use it very sparingly. A little goes a long way. It will never work the same as an actual glass cleaner - but we've got one of them coming soon!
Sealed painted surfaces good. Non-finished surfaces bad. When using on a sealed painted surface spray on the cloth rather than surface.
Whilst our cleaners are safe on almost all surfaces, on sensitive unpredictable surfaces like granite we recommend a little test in a discreet corner. Also be sure to use the product sparingly, a little goes a long way.
Whilst our cleaners are safe on almost all surfaces, we have not completed tests on these surfaces yet. We will endeavour to do this. With any uncommon surface we always recommend a little test in a discreet corner. Also be sure to use the product sparingly, a little goes a long way.
Whilst we wish we had ability to test each and every unique surface out there, it's just not possible. All our ingredients of each product are listed in the ingredients section.

Bottles & Packaging
Our amber glass bottles can withstand a drop from waist height on a hard floor. It's possible that if they are dropped on very hard surfaces or from higher than this that they will break. As sturdy as they are, they are still glass so please take care whilst using them.
Our starter pack box, also doubles up as our mailing box. Which means one less box. It's made from tough recycled cardboard and is 100% plastic free. Please be sure to recycle your box once your bottles arrive.
All our packaging is 100% plastic free, biodegradable and FSC Certified.
When pouring your cleaning sachet in a bottle, please make sure you use warm water and give your bottle a good shake. If not, sometimes the powder doesn’t fully dissolve and can cause blockages, fear not it’s a quick easy fix.
1. Unscrew the nozzle from the bottle and detach the little vent on the end of the pipe.
2. Give the vent a wash out with some warm water and reattach.
If for some reason this doesn’t work please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to help.
Cleaning: Our cleaning refills are dissolvable and biodegradable. The sachet is made from FSC Certified Paper, so make sure to recycle! Keep stored away from water, or it will start to dissolve.

The idea is that our products last a lifetime and reduce the use of single use plastic. They are also recyclable.
Mop: The body of the spray mop is aluminium (highly recyclable), which is super sturdy, reliable and flexible. Surrounding this is regrind plastic with 30% post-consumer recycled materials.

Our lovely smelling scents are synthetic however fragrances used are very low in allergens
We use safe synthetic fragrances which allow us to provide a high quality of ingredients that contain far fewer allergens than some natural products, and are also safer for our environment.

Safety & Instructions
Like any household cleaning brands, it is always great to have layer of extra protection. Gloves and clothes are good, so is eye protection if you have it available.
We get it they look scary. There's nothing to be concerned about, these warning labels are there as a legal precaution for the cleaning powder in the sachets only. If you follow the instructions/safety guide then you should be fine.
They should be fine, but please check the ingredients list if you have known specific allergies.
Cleaning: All the cleaners in our current range come scented, so if you did use them we would recommend rinsing down. We are looking into adding a non scented food safe version, but i'm afraid we're not quite there yet.
Soap: Our hand soap is safe for children to use.
DO NOT SWALLOW. Immediately call a POISON CENTRE or doctor if required. Take off contaminated clothing and wash it before reuse.
Keep out of reach of pets. Pets should be out of the way when using Raindrop, once surfaces are cleaned pets are ok to touch cleaned surfaces.
