Do I have to unwrap the Drops before popping them into the bottles?
Our water soluble Drops are wrapped in polyvinyl (this is not plastic). It is dissolvable and biodegradable and actually forms part of the chemistry of the cleaning product.

How do I mix the Drops?
Pop a Drop in a 500ml bottle and fill with warm water, put the lid on the bottle and give it a shake for 20 seconds. Now you’re ready to clean. Do not cut the Drop, remove the outer packaging.

Can I use my own old plastic bottles with Raindrop?
Our cleaning Drops may clog traditional spray bottles, we've specifically designed our spray nozzles and bottles to last.

How long does Raindrop last for?
Raindrop lasts just as long as your normal big brand household cleaning product. Once you've mixed the cleaning Drop with warm water it'll last as long as it takes you to use it all up.

Are your glass bottles durable?
Our amber glass bottles can withstand a drop from waist height on a hard floor. It's possible that if they are dropped on very hard surfaces or from higher than this that they will break. Please take care when using them.

How well does Raindrop clean?
Our Drops clean as well as the brand you're used to, or your money back. They cut through grease, grime and limescale with ease. 

What surfaces can I use Raindrop on?
All instructions can be found on your Raindrop leaflet, but if you have already thrown it away, don’t worry we got you covered:

Warning for sensitive surfaces test in a small unseen area and leave to dry. For absorbent surfaces e.g. wood, we would recommend to wipe on and wipe off.

Kitchen Cleaner: Suitable use on; ceramic, stainless steel, quartz, granite, wood.

Bathroom Cleaner: Suitable use on; porcelain, stainless steel, ceramic, acrylic, glass, uPVC

Multi Surface Cleaner: Suitable use on; all modern surfaces, wood, plastic

I have some specific allergies, what are the products’ ingredients?
All our ingredients have been thoroughly tested for safety and are widely used across the UK. Within each pack, we included safety information about how to use Raindrop and where to store. All our ingredients are listed below:

Kitchen Cleaner: Contains non-ionic surfactants: less than 10%, contains perfume: limonene, linalool. Less than 10% non ionic surfactants, Silicates, Citric Acid, Carbonates

Bathroom Cleaner: Contains anionic surfactants: 5 to 15%, contains perfume. Less than 5% non ionic surfactants,Silicates, Citric Acid.

Multi Surface Cleaner: Contains anionic surfactants: 5 to 15%, contains perfume. Less than 15% non ionic surfactants, Silicates, Citric Acid, Carbonates, Polymers. 

How do I get my refills?
We send you refills in the post. It costs just £5.70 for 3x 500ml refills when you buy on a subscription (or £6 without). If you opt for a subscription you can decide the frequency we deliver to you, so you will never have to think of running out again.

Which subscription should I sign up too?
It all depends on what kind of cleaner you see yourself. We have the below options:

One time purchase
Monica from friends – send me refills every month
Casual cleaner – send me refills every 3 months
I’ve been known to do it – send me refills every 4 months

I haven’t received my delivery what should I do?
We're sorry if your delivery hasn't arrived or is taking longer than it should. Please email us at talk@raindropclean.com and we'll get this sorted.

How do I change my account details/delivery address/etc?
Please email us at talk@raindropclean.com and we can adjust your details.

Do you deliver internationally?
Unfortunately, we don't deliver outside of the UK at this stage.

How do I return a package?

One of my sprays has stopped working, what should I do?

How much do you donate to charity?
We donate 10% of profits to ocean clean up charities.
